Connecting Our Love Nature: A Workshop for Couples and Singles

How can we strengthen our existing relationships?How do we communicate with the ones we love?How can we step more fully into vulnerability to make deeper connections?Through the use of multiple techniques to work with Qi, energy, Spirit and intention, local Hamilton acupuncturist, Brett Lewis, will lead this exploration of the heart to deepen our ability to love and be loved.

Join us Saturday, February 7th, 10am to 5pm at the Center For Spiritual Living in Hamilton. Bring a journal, pen, and your open heart.

Workshop price for the day of teaching is $50 per person or $80 for couples.
All are welcome. Some scholarships are available.

Brett is a licensed acupuncturist and earned his Master of Science in Acupuncture degree from Bastyr University. He recently returned to the valley with his wife, Kim, to open Montana Family Acupuncture in Hamilton.

Event: Setting Yourself Up For Success Around Health And Wellness!

Montana Family Acupuncture invites you to join them in a two part wellness series on New Year’s Resolutions and setting yourself up for success around health and wellness. Have you ever made a new year’s resolution and found you are facing invisible blocks that keep you from reaching your ultimate goal? This class will help you to clear out the obstacles that are keeping you from success. The first class in the two part series will set the foundation for the second class, so it is beneficial to attend the first class for better understanding of the second class.

The classes will be offered Wednesday evenings, January 21 and 28 from 6-8:30pm, at the Center for Spiritual Living 1720 North 1st Street Hamilton .

Pre-Registration is helpful but not required and the class is offered on a by donation basis.

Part 1 – Foundations and Food
Wednesday January 21st 6:30pm to 9:00pm

Part 2 – Goal setting and exercise.
Wednesday January 28st 6:30pm to 9:00pm
